We work with a small number of organizations at a time. That’s a feature, not a constraint — it lets us be genuinely useful rather than nominally available.
How Engagements Start
Most of our work begins with a short discovery conversation. We want to understand:
- What problem you’re actually trying to solve (which is often adjacent to what’s been described)
- What you’ve already tried and why it didn’t hold
- What success looks like in concrete operational terms
- Whether we’re actually the right fit
That last point matters. We’d rather tell you we’re not the right partner early than discover it six months in.
What We Build Together
After discovery, we scope a focused engagement. We resist large, open-ended contracts in favor of defined milestones with clear exit points. You should always know what you’re getting and when.
Typical engagements fall into one of three shapes:
Build. We design and deploy a specific tool or system — an AI workflow, a data pipeline, an internal reporting tool.
Integrate. We embed with your team to improve an existing system — tightening a deployment process, replacing a brittle manual workflow, connecting data sources that should be talking to each other.
Advise. For organizations earlier in their digital journey, we work at the strategy layer — helping you decide what to build, what to buy, and what to leave alone.
