We work primarily in AWS and GCP, depending on where your organization already lives. We design environments that are right-sized for your actual load — not speculative capacity that burns budget before it’s needed.

We default to infrastructure-as-code from day one. If we build it, it can be reproduced, audited, and modified without us in the room.

CI/CD and Delivery

Slow deployments are a tax on every engineer on your team. We design delivery pipelines that make shipping safe and fast — automated testing, environment parity, rollback paths that don’t require heroics.

Reliability and Observability

You can’t fix what you can’t see. We instrument systems with structured logging, distributed tracing, and alerting that distinguishes a real problem from noise. We build runbooks that let non-specialists respond to incidents without escalating immediately.

Security Posture

For organizations handling sensitive data — research datasets, donor information, field reports from regulated geographies — we apply defense-in-depth without making the system unusable. Security that gets bypassed because it’s too cumbersome isn’t security.

Our Philosophy on Complexity
